  1. Accurate Information: Passengers must provide accurate personal details, including full legal names matching their government-issued identification, contact information, and any other required data.

  2. Travel Documentation: It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain and carry all necessary travel documents, such as valid passports, visas, and any required health certifications. 

  3. Review of Travel Details: Upon receiving booking confirmations and travel documents, passengers should promptly review all details for accuracy, including personal information, travel dates, itineraries, and accommodation specifics. Any discrepancies must be reported to Minos Travel immediately.
  4. Adherence to Laws and Regulations: Passengers must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations they visit. This includes respecting cultural norms and adhering to rules set by service providers, such as hotels and transport operators.

  5. Health and Safety Precautions: Passengers should ensure they meet the health requirements of their destinations, including necessary vaccinations. It is also advisable to consult with healthcare providers regarding any personal medical needs during travel.

  6. Insurance: Minos Travel strongly recommends that passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.

  7. Punctuality: Adherence to the provided schedules is essential. Passengers must arrive on time for all flights, transfers, tours, and other scheduled events. Delays or failures to attend may result in missed services without entitlement to refunds.

  8. Respectful Conduct: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow travelers, service providers, and locals. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may lead to the termination of services without refund.

  9. Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Vigilance is advised to prevent loss, theft, or damage, as Minos Travel is not liable for such incidents.

  10. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

By booking with Minos Travel, passengers acknowledge and agree to abide by these obligations to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all parties involved.
